Here you’ll find all the opportunities to get involved—whether that’s serving as a Room Parent, helping with class parties, or joining one of our school committees. Review the details below, then sign up for any and all roles you’re interested in. Your participation helps make our school events special for every student!
Class Parties Sign-Ups
New This Year – Room Parent & Party Helper Sign-Ups
We’re making a few changes for 2025! Each class will have two Room Parents and two Party Helpers per party (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day). One Room Parent and both Party Helpers may attend each party.
Please sign up for any and all roles you’re interested in.If more than two people sign up for a role, a lottery will decide.
Sign-ups close Monday, August 25, 2025. If spots remain open, Room Parents will reach out to Party Helpers for additional support.
Can’t attend? You can still help! Room Parents will contact all families for snack/supply donations before each party.
Important: All volunteers must complete Diocesan requirements at www.virtus.org before volunteering.
